Chers amis,
Vous avez été présents à nos côtés lors du départ aussi terrible que soudain de notre fils Tahina, en ce 1er octobre 2013, et je ne l’oublierai jamais.
Vous avez aussi été très nombreux à nous accompagner dans les interrogations que cette mort soulevait.
Nous avons été reçus le 27 mai par le Vice-Procureur de la République relativement à l’enquête qu’il avait menée.
Désormais nous avons des éléments de réponse.
Tahina n'a pas été emporté par la Mort Subite et Inexpliquée du Nourrisson. Il était en bonne santé. Il est mort seul, par étouffement, couché sur le ventre, à la crèche municipale de l’Amicloterie à LILLE-HELLEMMES, entre 12h00 et 14h00, le 1er octobre 2013.
C’était son deuxième jour à la crèche.
Une information judiciaire contre X a été ouverte le 12 juin 2014 par le Vice-Procureur du(des) chef(s) de :
« d'avoir à HELLEMMES, le 1er octobre 2013, en tout cas sur le territoire national et depuis temps non prescrit, par maladresse, imprudence, inattention, négligence ou manquement à une obligation de prudence ou de sécurité imposée par la loi ou le règlement, causé la mort de Tahina ONOF, né le 27 mai 2013 ».
Désormais le dossier est aux mains de la justice.

Dear friends!
You were present by our side after the terrible and sudden departure of our son, Tahina, on 1st October 2013. I will never forget that.
You were also many to support us in our belief that this death raised certain questions.
On 27th May we were received by the Deputy Prosecutor who informed us of the results of the inquiry that was undertaken.
Now we have some answers.
Tahina was not taken away from us by The Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. He was in good health. He died alone, suffocated, lying prone at the municipal nursery "Amicloterie" of LILLE-HELLEMMES, approximately between 12pm and 2pm, on 1st October 2013.
It was his second day at the nursery.
The Deputy Prosecutor launched a criminal investigation with regard to person or persons in question on 12th June 2014. The charges are: "causing the death of Tahina ONOF, born on 27th May 2013. Death occurred in HELLEMMES on 1st October 2013 due to clumsiness, carelessness, negligence or breach of duty of care or safety imposed by law and regulations."
From now on the case is in the hands of Justice.
To honor the memory of our son,
To prevent this from happening again,
To sanction if a fault was committed.

Вы находились рядом с нами в то тяжелое и страшное для нас время, когда нас покинул наш сын Тахина, 1го октября 2013 года. Я никогда не забуду об этом.
Очень многие из вас так же задавались вопросами о странностях этой смерти.
27 мая этого года мы были приняты заместителем прокурора по поводу расследования этой смерти.
Теперь у нас имеются некоторые ответы на вопросы о том, что случилось.
Тахина не умер от синдрома внезапной детской смерти. У него было хорошее здоровье. Он умер один, лежа на животике и задохнувшись. Это произошло в муниципальном детском садике "Амиклотри" города Эллемм-Лилль между 12тью часами дня и 2мя часами дня, 1го октября 2013.
это был его второй день в садике.
12го июня 2014 года заместитель прокурора возбудил уголовное дело против работников детского садика, которых обвиняют в "неловкости, небрежности, халатности, а так же в невыполнении обязанностей связанных с уходом за детьми и ненормативных актах, которые привели к смерти Тахины Онова, родившегося 27 мая 2013го года."
Теперь дело в руках правосудия.
В память о нашем сыне,
И чтобы такого больше не случилось,
Чтобы виновные, если таковые найдутся,
были наказаны.

Queridos amigos,
Ustedes estaban presentes junto a nosotros cuando la terrible y brusca partida de nuestro hijo Tahina, ese primero de Octubre del 2013, y eso jamás lo olvidaré.
Ustedes fueron tambien numerosos en acompañarnos en las interrogaciones que esa muerte suscitaba.
El 27 de Mayo, fuimos recibidos por el Vice-Procurador de la República en relación a la búsqueda que se habia llevado.
Ahora tenemos elementos de respuesta.
A Tahina no se lo llevo la muerte súbita e inexplicada del lactante.
Estaba en buena salud. Murió solo, por sofocación, acostado bocabajo en la guardería municipal de l'Amicloterie en LILLE-HELLEMMES, entre la 12 y las 14, el primero de Octubre de 2013.
Era su segundo dia en la guardería.
Una instruccion judicial contra personas desconocidas fue abierta el 12 de Junio del 2014 por el Vice-Procurador de la República sobre el (los) cargo(s) de :
« haber en HELLEMMES, el primero de Octubre del 2013, en todo caso en el territorio nacional y fuera de toda prescripción, por error, imprudencia, descuido, negligencia o incumplimiento de las normas de prudencia o de seguridad establecidas por la ley o el reglamento, causado la muerte de Tahina ONOF, nacido el 27 de Mayo del 2013. »
El expediente esta ahora en manos de la justicia.

Cari Amici,
Siete stati al nostro fianco quando nostro figlio Tahina ci ha lasciati in modo cosí tragico che inatteso il primo ottobre scorso; non lo dimenticheremo mai.
Molti di voi ci hanno accompagnato anche nella ricerca terribile delle ragioni della sua scomparsa.
Siamo stati ricevuti il 27 maggio dal vice procuratore della Repubblica a proposito dell'inchiesta che ha condotto e abbiamo ormai le risposte.
Tahina non é stato vitima della sindrome della morte improvvisa dell'infante. Era in buona salute.
Tahina é morto solo, per asfissia, bocconi, all'asilo nido municipale dell'Amicloterie a Lille-Hellemmes tra le ore 12.00 et 14.00 del primo ottobre 2013.
Era il suo secondo giorno al nido.
Una denuncia contro ignoti é stata sporta il 12 giugno 2014 dal vice procuratore per i seguenti capi d'accusa: "aver a Hellemmes il 1/10/2013, in ogni caso sul territorio nazionale e in un tempo non prescritto,per goffaggine, imprudenza, distrazione, negligenza, o mancanza a un obbligo di prudenza e di sicurezza imposto dalla legge o dal regolamento, causato la morte di Tahina Onof, nato il 27/3/2013".
Ormai il caso é tra le mani della giustizia.
In memoria di nostro figlio,
